Caroline Conner Barnes currently serves as a REALTOR® with Phyllis Browning Company. Caroline maintains a working knowledge of the market inventory, and tours properties weekly. She researches current buyer trends to strengthen her negotiation skills and determine customized marketing goals for her listings. Caroline grew up in San Antonio and attended Saint Mary’s Hall. She earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from The University of Texas. After 7 years in private practice as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Caroline began her real estate career in Austin before relocating back to her hometown of San Antonio to focus on the market she knows best. Caroline is a Member of the San Antonio Luxury League and the Phyllis Browning Company Luxury Leaders. Caroline is a member of the Alamo Heights-Terrell Hills Garden Club, The Forum Board, The Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce, a Bronze Level investor with the Kendall County Economic Development Corporation, and a member of the City of Boerne Sign Ordinance Committee. Caroline is a graduate of the 2016 class of Leadership Boerne, serves as a volunteer at Geneva School of Boerne, and is a sponsor of Hill Country Montessori School Annual Fundraiser. Caroline has two young children who attend the Geneva School of Boerne and Hill Country Montessori School in Boerne. In addition to her active real estate career, Caroline enjoys volunteering at her children’s schools and at Hill Country Daily Bread Ministries. She is currently a distinguished Platinum Top 50 Realtor® and San Antonio award winner.
