After graduation from college, Cathy entered the Convent and became a Catholic Nun. Simultaneously, she began her professional career as a middle school band director. While she remained in the convent for only 4 years, she taught public school for 20 years, primarily in San Antonio. After 20 years in public education, Cathy retired early. She studied real estate and began “flipping houses”. She became quite proficient in the real estate investing arena while flipping 23 houses in a 12 month period. Cathy then joined the brokerage of Keller Williams Realty and became one of the Top Agents in the city. As a former teacher, Cathy and her team enjoy working with educators in all school districts in and around San Antonio. She volunteers extensively in Northside ISD and Northeast ISD and is President-Elect of Board of Directors of the Northside Education Foundation. Additionally Cathy and her team work with home buyers and sellers in all price ranges in San Antonio and Boerne. Cathy has been named as one of San Antonio’s Platinum Top 50 each year since 2008. In 2014, Cathy was named a Platinum Top 50 Realtor Centurion®. Cathy believes in putting the clients’ needs first, working to constantly to improve her selling and negotiating skills and “giving back to the community” in volunteer service and monetary donations.
