Cindy Baughn is a San Antonio native whose leadership skills are well known throughout the Real Estate industry and the community. She has established a personal mission to set industry standards by being a model of integrity and dedication. Cindy is passionate about Realtor education. She has earned her Broker designation, an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), the ALHS (Accredited Luxury Home Specialist), the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist) and was honored as a Graduate of the Texas Realtor Leadership Program (TRLP-TAR, ALUMNI 2008). Her background of working with builders and being an Interior Designer qualifies Cindy to be the consummate professional when working with her clients. Since the year 2000, she has been a multiple recipient of the PLATINUM TOP 50 Award and the SAN ANTONIO BUSINESS JOURNAL Top 50. Cindy has served as an officer with Women's Council of Realtors and a Bible Study Leader in her church. She loves flowers, antiques and gourmet cooking. Her success in the industry is attributed to her high level of repeat business, exceptional client service and her strong work ethic.
