Chief Warrant Officer (Retired) Levi E. Rodgers Chief Warrant Officer Rodgers is a husband to his lovely wife Erika and father to his wonderful boys Calob and Owen. Chief Warrant Officer Rodgers enlisted into the Army as a combat engineer in 1996 and was subsequently stationed at Fort Drum, NY. While serving at Fort Drum, he decided that he should attempt to become a Green Beret and fulfill his quest to serve his nation to the best of his ability. In 1998 CW2 Rodgers attended Special Forces Selection and Assessment and was later assigned to the Special Forces Warfare Center and School as a student to become a Green Beret at Fort Bragg, NC in 1999. CW2 Rodgers later graduated the course and was awarded the coveted Green Beret. Upon graduation, Levi was assigned to 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) as a Special Forces Weapons Sergeant, where he has served in many roles. He was assigned to Special Forces Operational Detachment Alpha’s (SFODA) 772 and later 774. As he progressed through the ranks he became a Special Forces Intelligence Sergeant and was then he was selected to become a Special Forces Warrant Officer and be put in command of an SFODA or better known as an A-Team. Upon assignment as a Special Forces Warrant Officer, CW2 Rodgers was selected for command of SFODA 7311. Chief Warrant Officer Rodgers has had numerous deployments to operational areas throughout the world including: Afghanistan (x5 Tours), Iraq, Colombia(x8 Tours), Guatemala OEF-CCA, Peru, Panama, Honduras, and Bosnia Herzegovina. While on his last deployment to Afghanistan, Levi and his detachment encountered our nation’s enemies on numerous occasions, one of which was being attacked by an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) in the South Western portion of the country. This IED catastrophically destroyed the vehicle in which Levi and four of his teammates were utilizing; everyone in the vehicle was killed, except Levi. This one event changed many lives, then... and forever. Three Green Beret’s lost their lives that night and one Afghan interpreter: SFC Bradley Bohle, SFC Shawn McCloskey, SSG Joshua Mills, and Interpreter Rasool . These men and their families paid the ultimate sacrifice to this nation and will never be forgotten. Because of this event, Chief Warrant Officer Rodgers was severely wounded, suffering from 30% of his body 3rd degree burns, numerous orthopedic injuries, emotional distress due to the loss of his men, and the impact of being combat wounded has had on his family. Chief Warrant Officer Rodgers and his family have been in San Antonio since September of 2009 finishing up Levi's physical recovery at Brooke Army Medical Center and subsequently retiring from service in San Antonio. Since his retirement from the US Army, Levi Rodgers has created one of the most successful Veteran Focused Real Estate Businesses in the city of San Antonio. Levi focuses his business on helping his fellow Veterans with their Real Estate needs through being one of the most sought after VA and Texas Veteran Real Estate Experts in San Antonio. Levi consistently is ranked as the Top Producing Individual agent in his company as well as holding a high ranking in the City Wide Production Ratings as well. In his Real Estate career, Levi has also earned numerous awards such as: RE/MAX North San Antonio Rookie of the Year 2012, RE/MAX 100 Percent Club Award, RE/MAX Platinum Club Award, The RE/MAX of Texas Rising Star Award, numerous Top Producing Individual Awards, The San Antonio Business Journal Top 50 Agents Award, and he was also inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame for his high level of production in reaching over $1,000,000 in Total Commissions earned in just 2 years and 7 months with RE/MAX. Levi continues to grow and excel in his business and has many goals within the industry. Levi has completed hundreds of transactions, and 90% of them are Military / Veteran Related, all the while Levi still finds time to volunteer a lot of his time and money to numerous Wounded Warrior Charities that helped him and his family out when he was going through his recovery.
